What others are saying about this guide…

My boys and I are on Week 4, Day 4 of your “Snow Treasure” unit. (Our first LTL book study and we LOVE it!) In my public school, we learned next to nothing about any of the wars aside from critical dates. I have learned SO MUCH alongside my boys through your guide. We share our learnings with my mom, who also did not know most of what we’ve been learning.  Additionally, none of these books published prior to 1990 were ever included in a required reading list – or even as a class read-aloud – during my education. I don’t think it’s just the younger generation today that has been ignorant of the atrocities, the suffering, the heroes, etc. Thank you for this list. We actually read The Cats in Krasinki Square this morning. I’ll be going on the library website to place more on hold! –Cathy R.
